How do I redeem my credit?

We have partnered with inKind to offer Universal Vouchers. Once you buy, you’ll be emailed a link to download their app. You then simply enter your bill amount at the end of your next visit and your account balance is reduced.

When can I start using my credit?

Please ask the selected business if they have placed any restrictions on credit redemption.

Does the credit expire?

All voucher credit should be redeemed at a participating business within twenty-four (24) months of the Original Purchase Date, after which date the credit may expire.
